A clause in Ubisoft's EULA has been getting a lot of attention, but it isn't new and can be found in the agreements for a lot of other big games.

And they wonder why people pirate games.

    Corporations want people to act like their EULAs are written in blood when they’re just ramblings of an entitled child on the playground. What are you going to do? Ban them again?
