Omarchy is a essentially an Arch setup with Hyprland.
However, if you don’t want frequent and possibly unstable updates, I’d suggest staying away from Arch in it’s entirety and trying Fedora instead. It’s got plenty of OoTB setups to choose from without having to mannualy install and configure them.

Rolling releases as a whole are a lot better these days, but I agree Fedora is excellent (and it helps to not need the AUR at all)
