You can torrent most TV shows a couple of hours after they aired.
I use huramovies.to myself and it’s a better experience than actual streaming services because it has everything in one place.

just visit any search like xdcc or sundcc or sth. and search for your hvec release, join the their server, register a username and request the file. or directly search on irc.

Usually x264 rips are available faster than x265, due to slower encoding time for x265, so depends on how long you want to wait vs download time and HD space.
The sites that I see get x264 first, then x265 of the same shows some hours later.
