It looks great!

Is that clock conky? Wow I haven’t seen a conky file in over a decade

Is this a thing? O have no idea…it’s been years since I don’t use instg …I just searched my friend

I had no luck using it…Well, maybe it’s good I remain off Instashit

I had this issue with Debian once…fedora just worked great for me…except the nvidia card! Can’t run anything with the GPU…steam does not run with it…OBS crashes…It makes me wonder about LMDE…

I like XFCE because is simple and my PC is a toaster with an NVIDIA card so…whenever I have XFCE on Wayland I’ll switch to it.

I usually play several times a song when I like it. I’ve been listening to Dindi lately. Its splendid

“Ra Ra Ra Ratinho…”

They’re mostly issues with steam and games… Steam app does not launch with the dedicated GPU…same with games…once I force it to use the nvidia card, games get worse and some of them don’t even launch… Same games I used to play when I had Ubuntu on my machine (my dell laptop came with Ubuntu 18.04 pre installed)

Yeah, my next PC will definitely be AMD but I’m also not buying a new machine for a while…

I’m not just using it for gaming…I use it mostly for work … but I wanted to play a game or two eventually…that’s why I picked a general distro like fedora

I’ve been using Fedora for 3 years now…loved the dnf way of dealing with packages and the upgrades were painless…the only thing that bothers me is my nvidia card…I have issues with games on steam and every update seems to mess with the nvidia kernel module somehow…so…

I thought I had downloaded bad releases and the episodes were messy…glad to see is not just me having trouble to organize sponge Bob to have episode preview right

Same here…every time I get an update, my nvidia card stops working! And every time seems like the fix is different. I’ve been using fedora for 3 years straight now and gaming with my crappy nvidia card is awful.

This is awesome! Looks like an LPI1 textbook. Never got the certification but I’ve seen a couple books about it and remember seeing examples like this one.

Same here…O have around 20 containers running on my potato server and I really enjoy using them…not enough time to debug this thing.

I did it once but I remember not being able to judge if I needed all the modules or what to flag on each line I saw. I tried to load the module this time after the upgrade but without success. Maybe I’ll try someday if I get the time…

Man that reminds me that I bought a Chinese motherboard to build my homelab and installed Debian. Great! One kernel upgrade later and my network card stopped working. Tried a lot of things but to preserve my mental health and to enjoy my jellyfin again, I just returned to the older kernel and voilá, everything worked again…so no updates for now …or ever

Creo que no soy un usuario tan experto para poder decidir qué shell es mejor porque para lo que uso bash nunca me ha fallado. Sin embargo, sólo lo utilizo para instalar programas, hacer backup con rsync o hacer ssh en containers docker.

I have one of those at home… I set up a samba server to store my music library and mounted it on my raspberry pi to run a navidrome server
