I just wish it had a better name…

I thought that’s what your parents are for?
Apparently there are no women in Linuxville?

I enjoyed my time with EOS but it had annoying bugs on my Thinkpad that I haven’t had with CachyOS in a year+ of using it.
I’m not a fan of TWMs so I use this: https://store.kde.org/p/2334027
Ah, a fellow DualUp evangelist. it’s a pity they didn’t catch on that much.
I didn’t - I was just commenting on how its users are the new Arch users. It isn’t a compliment.
NixOS is the new Arch. I’m surprised nobody here has said they use it yet.
Me using KDE Plasma because I prefer to work with my computer rather than work on my computer:

It’s really a great distro, I’ve been using it fulltime on laptop and PC for over a year. Best one I’ve tried so far and for some reason it’s less buggy than EndeavourOS was for me. The only thing I don’t like about it is the name.

Krohnkite? It unfortunately doesn’t have anywhere near the polish and ease of use as the PopOS implementation, for example its easy toggling between tiling and stacking. Nobody comes close to the way PopOS has done it.

Awesome, congrats to the team. I don’t use it anymore but I’ll always have a soft spot for PopOS as being the distro that finally made me a Linux fulltimer. I really wish KDE would implement their tiling system.

It’s worth it for the Elon burn alone.

Ah right, I forgot MS bought them.

I have to keep using the megacorporate OS because the other megacorporation won’t let me play their slop game unless they can install a virus on my computer!

If KDE had a toggleable tiling feature like PopOS it would be the perfect DE.
Admittedly I use an NVMe drive but I’ve never had this happen once in the years I’ve been using KDE. Dolphin is so much snappier than Windows Explorer on the same hardware that it’s almost funny.
I use Arch BTW full-time for work and personal for about 3 years now and haven’t had any issues at all.
