I also ran it on the deck before but did not enjoy how stuttery it became in Act 3. Streaming is more smooth, in my experience, and allows you to play the game at higher settings. At the deck’s native resolution, I can basically max everything.
I showed my girlfriend how to stream Baldur’s Gate 3 from the PC three weeks ago. Haven’t been able to play anything since, but I guess this is what’s being played on the deck currently.

Funny, Debian is the reason I came to Arch in the first place and never really left. I like Debian, but once you need more recent versions of something, things quickly get messy.
My journey was: Ubuntu, Debian, ChrunchBang, ArchBang, Arch. Not a big fan of distro hopping, so I’ll probably stay like this or try Fedora if ever I want something non-rolling again.
I don’t know a thing about IP laws, so I can’t judge what shape of plastic is required to provide a basis for an IP rights violation. The reason I linked this was that I would take this entire story with a huge grain of salt, considering this company did this before and has apparently not learned all that much from that experience.

Ha, this is basically me. Still wouldn’t recommend rolling release to newbies, but my Linux knowledge is basic at best, and I’ve still used Arch for 8 years without many issues.
TBF, almost everyone I work with uses Linux. There’s virtually no conversation about it. It’s just what it is, like even the weather is more deserving of discussion.
