So yeah, proton founder cherry picked information that tried to make it seem like it was acceptable to praise the pick when reality is the past is too murky to endorse in any manner. And that medium article that gets floated around ignores Internet Association too, so wouldn’t be shocking if it was from proton attempting to do PR damage fixating on identity politics with intentional omission of Internet Association involvement.

Yep lot of sports streams I’ve seen straight up don’t have commercials and goes to dead air during breaks, since they aren’t streaming regular broadcast channels.

Really nice ones switch to stadium cameras during breaks so showing what’s going on with the crowd and arena.

As far back as I can remember razer has had the reputation of expensive unreliable junk that breaks down. Not sure if they’ve improved in reliability but it’s why I always stayed away from their products.

A cheap slim case I got for my Steam Deck so the side seams don’t get filled with gamer gunk. It also made the grips a little thicker so they felt more comfortable than without the case. And then some random joystick covers which provides some grip.

I find it fantastic for games with lot of side quests like jrpgs so I can utilize the suspend feature to make better progress with the portability and being able to stop whenever I want without losing progress. And then when it comes to the more cinematic main missions I might go and play on my PC with the TV display.
