As part of the deal, the company’s shareholders will receive a $285 million cash payment, or $1.14 per share, and the stock will remain listed on the Nasdaq.
One of the shareholders benefiting most from the news is Youtuber Markiplier, who acquired a massive 8.5% stake, according to a July 13 filing. Private equity firm BlackRock also disclosed a 6.4% stake earlier this summer.

Well, obviously! Microsoft is using this tool too, and as we can all observe, that’s making their competing OS much better and much more desirable.
I don’t think it’s possible to argue Rossman isn’t some degree of personally transphobic (for context, his video is about Brianna Titone, who is the first openly transgender state legislator elected in Colorado, and he is clearly referencing some degree of disagreement with her identity).
That much being said, he’s highlighting, to conservatives in his own audience, the fact that he wants to be both respectful and actually look beyond those personal beliefs to affect positive change. And based on his larger corpus of work, I don’t think that’s dishonest in any way.
Rossman doesn’t use his influence to lobby against trans rights. I don’t even think anybody would have known he had some personal issues until he mentioned them in a specific example that encourages people to set their own issues aside, for a positive cause.
