Some major parties that don’t hold full governmental power yet such as the KKE(Greece), SACP (South Africa) and CPI(ML)*(India). *I’ll have to look into which one is the most based Communist Party of India, I always forget, I’ll have plenty of time with my superpowers.

Cuba, Vietnam, China, DPRK, Laos.
Some major parties that don’t hold full governmental power yet such as the KKE(Greece), SACP (South Africa) and CPI(ML)*(India).
