We discussed that “expectation” already, and how hopes of diplomacy with Ukraine evaporated officially with Boris Johnson’s visit. Of course, behind the scenes it was already hopeless since 2014. They just took time to prepare for sanctions.
Rather than discussing the prospect of the development of Linux as a public utility by a diverse array of nations and groups, you show up to cheerlead for western tech monopolies and the intellectual apparatus. You jeer. You hoot. You’ve got your burger in hand.
They certainly don’t expect it to. The three days claim is apochryphal, and my point is that whatever expectations they have for development can’t be screwed with by something analogous to the US and allies sending weapons. Because this is the result of the aggression by US national security. This is the result of US shooting itself in the foot. They don’t have more screws to twist, the clock can’t be turned back to before R&D spending on this became worthwhile. “Wacky Russians cannot into technologies!!!” has really not benefitted anyone outside or Wall St. and its political enclaves, it certainly hasn’t benefitted Ukrainians to tell them Russian weapons production is flagging.

The joke is since it’s a Russian fork of Linux, they think that it’ll be complete in only a month.
Are you just going to keep repeating this like my first reply wasn’t based on acknowledging the meaning of the joke? Are you stupid?
This part was the joke.

A fork of Linux definitely won’t be done in only a month.
They certainly don’t expect it to. The three days claim is apochryphal, and my point is that whatever expectations they have for development can’t be screwed with by something analogous to the US and allies sending weapons.
