The only thing I use AI for is generating character art for tabletop portraits and when the well is sufficiently poisoned I will probably go back to Pinterest.
Oh god, please don’t make me talk about myself.

Nintendo’s infamously protective of its IP, even to its obvious detriment. I know a lot of people who jumped on the nomoretendo bandwagon after AM2R got DMCA’d, because the smart and morally correct thing to do would have been to hire that person and pull his incredible talent into the next Metroid game, because they clearly had a lot of love and respect for the subject matter and the technical expertise to put it into action. It’s hard to overstate just how fucking good and polished that project was, virtually identical to the Fusion/Zero Mission engine, except in the ways it was more improved. It was certainly better than anything Nintendo had done with Metroid in quite a while.
I got it for travel and it really is a top notch portable gaming hub. Doubly so because emulation is really easy to set up and run through the frontend. I love being able to play Elden Ring on the go.
It makes a lot more sense if you reframe it as freedom for rich white landowners in the 1800s to not have to pay taxes to King George, not so much for the peons, paupers and slaves.
There’s a sandwich shop around Vancouver that’s only open like 10-2 on weekdays so I hardly ever get to go, but they get their bread from a local bakery every morning and it makes all the difference. It’s a simple turkey and cheddar sandwich, lettuce, tomato, pickle, a hint of mayo and Dijon mustard, but the ingredients are all quality and, again, the bread is fresh and super soft.
I get this with a young (30’s) CEO at a small business. Dude has literally zero follow through, he will ask for things, you will do them, he will forget he asked for them, and then complain you didn’t do an entirely unrelated thing that he never asked for. I am genuinely astounded at how he makes it to the office the few days he’s actually here.
Yeah, definitely misread that myself.
To OP, I see a lot of people with anthro PFPs posting from Pawb, maybe look into that instance?
Started playing #BLUD, I’m only about ten minutes in because sleep got the better of me last night but it looks pretty good so far.
Seepage is one of those bands that just sticks in your brain. If you like the tongue-in-cheek of Zane’s angsty edgelord teen vibes, the developers also made a doomlike in the same universe, developed by and starting that character.
I do nice things for other people when I’m up to it, but I hesitate to call myself a ‘nice person’ because niceness isn’t necessarily an intrinsic quality, in the same way that I can be a transient dumbass at times without thinking of myself as an idiot.
Respecting the LGBTQ+ community.
As a lifelong customer of Dwarven Forge, I understand your pain.
I look like the archetypical IT guy. 30s, balding, overweight, like I’m constantly about to have a nervous breakdown (I am.)
Admittedly, I had only just scraped the surface of Angband likes but I love what the game did with the feat tiering, I was compelled to keep playing.
Oh shit, that’s him? I loved Tales of Middle Earth, used to plug way too much time into that game. I should give it a look now that it’s on steam.
If I didn’t need to have a profile there for work I wouldn’t. I had two jobs that were kind enough to tell me when I asked that they immediately passed on me because my resume had no LinkedIn or Facebook, and I deleted my Facebook a year ago.
