P.S. is PopOS! still the popular choice for desktop gaming? Looking for a more permanent alternative to Windows. I’m currently leaning toward openSUSE + Plasma 6, since I’ve fallen out of love with Ubuntu/Canonical pretty hard. I know Pop is Ubuntu-based, but… I’d rather not have to build up from something like Arch.

Affinity really needs to start making official Linux ports. It’ll work in Wine, but is a bit janky.

I try to avoid things with Red Hat or Canonical stink on it (which is why Kubuntu and Fedora are out)… and it’s more friendly than something more barebones like Arch.

Although maybe you’re just trying to state that Democrats are still rightists, even if they are significantly less so than the overtly fascist Republicans, which would be accurate.

Remember that the Democratic party is NOT leftist and is NOT progressive… it is liberal, aka generally right-of-center. The few leftists we do manage to elect generally don’t wield much power, and are undermined and sabotaged at every turn by members of “their own party” as well as Republicans. The state also has a lot of very wealthy conservative extremists, and since money is power, they wield a lot without needing pesky things like votes or democracy.

Yeah. The 2-4GB limits, especially given the price, are really disappointing.
